CHANGES IN VERSABOX

VERSABOX plans foreign expansion, introduces changes in the management board

We are beginning the next stage of the development. We are building a network of partners, supporting the development of our business on European markets. The next investment round, which VersaBox launches in 2020, is subordinated to this goal. We see new expansion prospects in EU countries, primarily in Germany, France, Spain, Italy and Central and Eastern Europe. We will develop our production and service potential, as well as the AUTONOMY@WORK™ intralogistic platform. We want to achieve these goals efficiently, that is why we reorganize the work of the board.

At the beginning of January 2020, Jacek Królik (until now Member of the Management Board and COO) will take the role of the President of the Management Board and CEO of VersaBox. He is an experienced manager, adviser and long-term investor in the new technologies industry. Co-founder of the company – Jakub Michalski, will be the Vice President of the Management Board and will be responsible for sales and business development.

VERSABOX was established as a startup in 2016.
